Fruit Salad Making held at AKSIPS-45

Students of cookery club of Aksips 45 learnt to make fruit salad, besides the hygienic way of washing & peeling the fruits. Students also learnt to cut the fruits in various innovative shapes. The spices and sauces to be added were discussed. Importance of good presentation and serving was well explained Nutrient values and benefits of all the fruits were told. Hence the club members added another dish to their recipe book and relished the healthy salad. Director Principal Ms. Jasmine Kalra encouraged the students to always eat healthy food.
