Cookery club at AKSIPS-45

Students of cookery club of Aksips 45 learnt to make BhelPuri,Students learnt the hygienic way of washing and cutting the vegetables. The spices and sauces to be added were discussed. Importance of good presentation and serving was well explained. Nutrient values and benefits of all the ingredients were told. Hence the club members added another dish to their recipe book and relished the healthy BhelPuri. Director Principal Dr. Jasmine Kalra encouraged the students to always eat healthy food.
